Requests are not orders

A cart, room plan, comparison, request confirmation, or website estimate is not an accepted order and does not reserve inventory. Lopi Supply reviews the project and confirms product, quantity, availability, timing, delivery, payment, and other terms in writing.

The written invoice and any attached written terms control the transaction. If website information conflicts with the accepted written invoice, the invoice controls.

Prices, delivery, and tax

Website cabinet and flooring prices are merchandise prices. The estimated delivery fee is 1.5% of the full pre-delivery subtotal, including any installation that is confirmed in writing. Special-order items, accessories that require a quote, installation, unusual delivery conditions, and other project-specific work are confirmed before acceptance.

Applicable tax is added to the final confirmed invoice. Product pricing, delivery, credits, and any final adjustment are itemized there.

Optional deposit and final payment

After an invoice is signed, Lopi Supply may offer a Stripe link for an optional deposit equal to 30% of the signed pre-tax invoice amount. The Stripe deposit does not include tax. A deposit is credited only after it settles.

The final confirmed invoice adds applicable tax, shows the settled deposit credit, and states the remaining balance. The final balance is paid by the method stated on that invoice at the agreed handoff or exchange.

Products and plans

Cabinets offered through the website are ready to assemble (RTA). Images, digital swatches, measurements, and product descriptions are references; screen color and production details can vary. Availability and any substitution must be confirmed in writing.

Planning tools assist with material review but are not architectural, engineering, code, structural, plumbing, electrical, or installation advice. You are responsible for providing accurate field measurements and opening details. A person must review the plan before it becomes a quote.

Changes, cancellations, returns, and warranty

Order-specific change and cancellation rights depend on the product status and the written invoice. Do not assume a change or cancellation is accepted until Lopi Supply confirms it in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, evade rate limits, interfere with service, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use private project information without authorization. Site designs, copy, data presentation, and branding may not be republished as your own without permission.

Site availability

We work to keep product data and tools accurate, but the site may be corrected, changed, suspended, or unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, Lopi Supply is not responsible for losses caused solely by relying on an unconfirmed website estimate or automated plan instead of the accepted written invoice and required field verification.

Arizona law applies to these terms unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version.
