Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information Lopi Supply handles when you browse, plan a room, request pricing, or make a payment.
Information you provide
Quote and flooring requests can include your name, email, phone number, job address or ZIP, notes, selected products, quantities, and project details. Room-plan requests can also include measurements, openings, finish selections, plan geometry, property or batch labels, and a share link.
The Send a Plan page prepares an email on your device. Files selected there are not uploaded by this website; they leave your device only if you attach and send them through your email provider. Photos used by the room planner are processed in your browser and are not included in the submitted plan.
Information created automatically
The site stores cabinet-cart contents and unfinished planner drafts in your browser so you can continue later. Planner drafts expire after 30 days. Private project rooms use necessary, signed session cookies. The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Hosting and security systems may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested page, and time. For abuse protection, the intake and sign-in systems use one-way, scoped identifiers derived from request information and retain only the bounded throttling record needed to enforce attempt limits.
How we use information
We use the information to answer requests, validate plans and product selections, prepare quotes and invoices, confirm availability and delivery, administer private project rooms, prevent abuse, support orders, reconcile payments, and keep business and transaction records.
We do not sell personal information or use project details for third-party advertising.
Where information goes
Submitted quote, flooring, and plan records are stored in Lopi Supply's database. A notification containing the request details is also sent to Lopi Supply through Telegram so the request can be answered. The site is hosted through Vercel and the database is provided by Supabase.
If you later choose the optional deposit after signing an invoice, Stripe hosts the payment page and processes the payment information. Card details are sent directly to Stripe rather than through Lopi Supply's website servers. Lopi Supply receives payment and transaction details needed to reconcile the deposit, such as status, amount, and transaction identifiers.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the site or its users, prevent fraud, or establish and enforce legal rights.
Retention and choices
We keep submitted records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare and administer an order, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. You can clear cart and site data through your browser.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, contact us. Some records may need to be retained for completed transactions, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Security and updates
We use access controls, signed sessions, bounded request handling, and service providers intended to protect the information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this notice as the site or its service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
